Look. The real T is I have watched only 2 seasons of The Bachelor, that’s all I could handle, but one of the seasons was with little man syndrome, bachelor Jake. I LOVED GIA. Why in GOD’s NAME he picked Vienna sausages was BEYOND anyone’s recognition and of course it never lasted. It might’ve with Gia. She was not only gorgeous, but sweet and adorable to boot, the total package. I am so saddened at not only the loss of her short life, but the fact she took it herself. There is ALWAYS an answer. I KNOW at times, especially in the thick of it when you cannot see any light at the end of the proverbial tunnel, it doesn’t feel like there are any answers, but there are. Always. I beg everyone who is in this situation to seek it. Find it. It is out there. You owe it to yourself. You are beautiful and you matter. RIP Gia, heaven just got one more adorable angel.
This woman has literally given us more than she will ever know, me in particular. All in the Family remains my number one sitcom of all time (Golden Girls number 2 and Roseanne number 3) for soooo many reasons. Breaking down barriers, calling attention to bigotry, no holds barred humor and ballsy dialogue just to name a few. Norman Lear was a freakin’ genius and it shows in his shows and his casting. Jean Stapleton as Edith Bunker was a dingbat with more depth than anyone else has yet to portray on television. Her presence lit up the screen. She died on Friday of natural causes at 90 years old. I will always love you, Edith Bunker.
Michael Clarke Duncan died today. He has been in the ICU since he was rushed to the hospital a couple of weeks ago. He suffered a myocardial infarction and never fully recovered. He seemed like a great man and his woman, Omarosa, has been at his side the entire time. She left the room for a short time, returned to find out he had died. He was just 54 years young.
